Who we are

A local organisation, doing practical work.

We are not a distant project office. Our nurseries, collection points and clubs are run by people who live in the villages where the work happens — teachers, farmers, and young people who want their land to hold water and grow food again.

What we do

Three programmes.

Schools first

Pupils plant the trees they will grow up under.

Environment clubs give every planting day a caretaker. Pupils raise seedlings, plant them on school and village land, and return to water and check them — so trees survive long after the day itself.
